2K WATERBORNE EPOXY MIDCOAT


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a two-component water-bone epoxy paint, based on water-bone epoxy resin, anti-rust pigment and amine hardener.


FEATURES & APPLICATION

  • Excellent corrosion resistance and high build application;

  • Good workability, compatibility with all various coating systems;

  • Environment-friendly, without solvent, no danger of fire.


As a primer or intermediate coat, it can be used in steel structure at industrial moderately to severe corrosive environments of new construction and maintenance.

APPLICATION GUIDANCE

Application Condition

The temperature is between 5℃~35℃ during application.
The relative humidity of the air should not be greater than 70%.
The metal surface temperature shall not be less than 3℃ above dew point.

Recommended use airless spray:
 Nozzle tip: 0.43mm-0.53mm
Nozzle pressure: ≥10MPa
Brush, recommended for pre-coating and small areas, must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.

Storage conditionStore in dry, cool conditions and storage temperature should be kept at   5~35℃ , away from sources of heat and ignition, containers must be kept tightly closed.
